Our PTO’s Raise Craze fundraiser is bringing kindness to our community while supporting fun experiences for Steele families! As of October 20, we have raised $3,425 toward our $7,500 goal, with 102 acts of kindness logged, 57 participants, and 182 emails sent. Funds help our PTO provide events such as Game Night, Movie Night, Skate Night, and our end-of-year Carnival. Thank you to everyone who has participated and supported our Stars!

There is still time to register, send fundraising emails to family and friends, and complete and record acts of kindness. All kindness trackers and donations are due Friday, October 23, to count toward incentives. Every kind act makes a difference, and students can help their classrooms earn rewards through participation!

Classrooms are working toward some exciting prizes:

• Highest percentage of students registered: A popsicle party, extra recess, and a $100 Amazon gift card for the teacher to purchase classroom supplies.

• Most logged acts of kindness, based on a per-student average: A glow stick dance party, a popsicle party, and extra recess.

• Most money raised, based on a per-student average: A pizza party lunch, a chalk or bubble party, and extra recess.

Students also have a chance to help with a colorful celebration! The top three fundraisers and top three acts-of-kindness contributors at each grade level will get to cover Mrs. Coate in temporary tattoos at our October 30 all-school assembly!
