NEW #205 STUDENTS: Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in Galesburg CUSD #205. Please click here to begin the registration process.  

You will need the following information to start building your student's enrollment records. The documents can be turned in at the District office, 940 West Fremont Street.

• Previous school Transcripts (HS Students only)

• Residency Verification

• IL Good Standing form (if coming from another IL school)

• Certified Copy of Students birth certificate

• IL Physical Exam with immunization records

• Vision/Dental Exams

• Any Special Education information
