Today there was a report of a faint odor of gas coming from one of the Family and Consumer Science classrooms. Students and staff in the affected areas were moved to a safe location, while members of the Galesburg Fire Department and Ameren completed a safety check. After a thorough inspection, nothing was found. Our staff and students did an outstanding job during this time.

On October 31st, Galesburg Jr./Sr. High School will conduct a normal school day. It is the expectation that students will follow the normal dress code as outlined in the Code of Conduct. If a student shows up in costume, they will be asked to change into appropriate attire.
