Course Description: The Cross Categorical Instructional (CCI) Program is for students who need core curriculum in a smaller setting, along with specialized instruction at a lower level than peers of the same age. Students in the CCI program also may have functional skills that are below grade level. The program is designed to introduce skills and concepts at grade level, but instructionally the students may be learning skills that are three or more grade levels below peers of the same age. The program supplies intensive instruction so that the learning gap can be closed as much as possible.

Expected Outcomes:

• Grade level standards with accommodations and modifications

• Students will also have vocational opportunities during the day
