The third annual International SEL Day is today, March 11, 2022! SEL Day is an opportunity to collectively spread the word about the importance and impact of social emotional learning. Social and emotional learning is the process through which we acquire and apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop healthy identities, manage emotions and achieve goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions.
